Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise stated

6. Project Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects on time and to specification. However:

• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control
• Client delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines
• Scope changes may require timeline and cost adjustments
• We will communicate any significant delays promptly

7. Confidentiality

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and client materials
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through the courts of Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
